Sizing


I am not sure which size to get. Do you have a recommendation for me?

Unsure about which size to get? Keep in mind that our gear is made from a fantastically stretchy material and acts as a “second skin” that is meant to be tight. As you work out, sweat, and continue to be active while wearing OWFIT gear, our products will stretch with you and form to your specific body. Every woman has her own preference and we believe you should stay true to your body.

What domestic shipping services do you offer?

FREE USPS PRIORITY MAIL – All domestic orders will receive FREE priority mail shipping with a $100 purchase, and a flat $9.95 fee for others. Your package will be delivered within two to three (3 – 4) business days after your place your order. You will be able to track this shipment via USPS Tracking.

I am an international customer. How much does shipping cost for me?

TBD ( paid by customer) . Your package will be delivered within two to five (2-5) business days. You will be able to track this shipment after we send you a number.

Canada (orders under $300): FLAT RATE – $27.00. You will be able to track this shipment via USPS.

 

How long will it take to get to me?

All orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey. Most orders will ship out within one to two (5 to 7) business days afer ordering. You should add the ship time to the processing days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we’re finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing.

Can I have my package rushed?

We do not currently offer Overnight or 2 day shipment via our website. For any urgent orders, please contact our office via email. We will do our best to take care of you and upgrade a shipment.

What if I’m not home when my package arrives?

Domestic Orders: For orders sent via USPS, most OWfit packages will fit into a mailbox. We send our gear in white mailer bags so be sure to look out for them in/around your mailbox. If the package is too big and no-one is home, the mailman will leave it outside your house.

International Orders: For orders sent via DHL, the driver will leave a card so that you can arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Personal Use

Each order is intended for the personal, non-commercial use of our customers. As such, the resale of any OWfit product without the explicit, written consent from OWfit Sportswear is strictly prohibited. Additionally, multiple orders that OWfit deems to represent commercial quantities will not be accepted. Therefore, to maintain fair access for all our customers, we enforce these policies strictly.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Don’t fret! We constantly produce more OWFIT gear, and our inventory typically restocks every eight to ten (8-10) business days. Check back on our website regularly for updates!

Can I be alerted when my desired item becomes available?

Absolutely! If the item you want is currently out of stock, an email field will appear on the product page. Simply enter your email address and click “Notify Me.” You’ll receive an email notification as soon as we restock the item in our warehouse!

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal. During checkout, choose either a credit card or PayPal payment. If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact our Customer Service team. OWFIT business hours are Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM PST.

What is the status of my order?

  • Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has been successfully placed! Thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with your invoice.
  • Pending: Your order is in our warehouse, awaiting fulfillment. Typically, orders in this status are filled within one to two (1-2) business days.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way! All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and DHL Express Worldwide will include tracking information sent by email.

Do you have Gift Certificates?

Yes, we do! Gift certificates are a perfect choice for OWFIT fans when you’re not sure what they would like. They save you from hassle and shipping charges. Purchase them online and make gifting easy!

What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

OWFIT prides itself on delivering quality products and sincerely hopes you are fully satisfied. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective items within fifteen (15) days from the shipping date.

You will be responsible for one-way shipping costs. Allow one to two (1-2) weeks for the return process. For any questions or to review your return, feel free to Contact Us.
